Inês Moura Vieira joined GPA in April 2022 and has been practising law for over 18 years in the areas of civil, criminal and regulatory sanctions law. Admitted to the Portuguese Bar Association in 2005, she has vast experience in judicial litigation, as well as in misdemeanour litigation, providing support to both supervisory authorities and companies. In addition to having been, in 2007-2008, a member of the Portuguese Bar Association's Sub-Commission on Human Rights, she jointly lectured, with Dr. José Pérez, in 2010, a course on Banking Law at Universidade de Bissau (Guinea Bissau) under the INA programme and was a speaker, between 2013 and 2015, at various conferences and information sessions on "Best Practices in Credit Recovery" and "Alternative Means of Dispute Resolution", with partner entities (City Councils and Chambers of Commerce).
