News Virtual GPA TALK on Sustainability in Financial Services 29/03/2021

GPA Academy and GPA Law Firm organized another virtual “GPA Talks”, which took place on March 29th, via Zoom application, under the theme “Sustainability in Financial Services”.

The presentation was held by Miguel Duarte Santos, GPA’s Coordinating Lawyer in the Financial Regulatory and Compliance area, who presented Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27th November 2019 on sustainability‐related disclosures in the financial services sector.

The general requirements of the Regulation (EU) 2019/2088, its scope and the main obligations were presented at the session.

A new presentation on the matter will take place in due course.
