News Publication - The 3rd edition of the “General Regulation on Data Protection - Legislation and Some Notes" 30/06/2020

This edition is intended to be a tool in the necessary work for the implementation and continuous compliance with the applicable legislation in this area, with the text already updated in light of the rectification of the General Regulation on Data Protection, published in the «Official Journal of the Union European» L127 of 23 May 2018.

This 3rd edition also includes the wording of Law No. 58/2019 of 8 August and the appropriate references to other relevant texts, as well as indications regarding the most recent jurisprudence, the main guidelines of the European Committee for Data Protection and CNPD decisions and guidelines published since the Regulation took effect and the preparation of the edition.
