News Public Access to Documents in the EU – Book Presentation - 23rd of May 02/03/2017
Public access to documents in the European Union is the subject of the new book by Leonor Rossi, Professor of European Law at Nova SBE, and Patricia Vinagre e Silva, partner of the Public Law area of Gouveia Pereira, Costa Freitas & Associados Law Firm.
Published by Hart Publishing, the book covers the object of access requests, the requirements that have to be complied with and the procedures governing access to documents held by the EU.
The foreword to the book is by José Luís da Cruz Vilaça, judge at the Court of Justice of the European Union.
The official book presentation will take place on the next 23rd of May, at 5:30 p.m., at the seat of the Portuguese Bar Association, in Lisbon, in the presence of its President, Guilherme Figueiredo.
