News Open Data and Reuse of Public Sector Information 07/09/2021

It was published in Diário da República, last August 26, the Law No 68/2021, which approves the general principles on open data and transposes into the internal legal order the Directive (EU) 2019/1024 of the European Parliament and the Council, of 20 June 2019, relative to open data and the re-use of public sector information, proceeding the third alteration of the Law No. 26/2016, of 22 August, which approves the regime of access to administrative and environmental information and the reuse of administrative documents.
