News News Flash - Regulation on amendments to European Supervisory Authorities 04/02/2020

Regulation (EU) 2019/2175 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 December 2019, amended the European Regulations establishing the European Supervisory Authorities1 (ESA), Regulation (EU) No. 600/2014 (RMIF ), Regulation (EU) 2016/10112 and Regulation (EU) 2015/8473.

The present regulation amends the regulations that regulate the ESA, namely regarding their governance system, composition, prerogatives, and form of financing.
