On the 27th of May, the Food and Economic Security Authority (“ASAE”) inaugurated a Public Consultation for the draft regulation on the registration of service providers to companies, other legal persons, or centres of collective interests without legal personality.

This registration is provided for in Article 112 of Law No. 83/2017, of 23 August, which imposes an obligation to register providers of certain services to companies, other legal persons or centres of collective interests without legal personality covered by the situations provided for in Article 4.3 of said statute.
