News News Flash - Possibility of migration to tax arbitration of pending proceedings in the common courts 30/10/2019

The possibility of migration to tax arbitration of pending cases in the common tax courts ends as early as 31 December 2019.

We recall that this measure is part of a set of extraordinary measures to recover pending procedures in administrative and fiscal courts, approved by Decree-Law No. 81/2018 of October 15.
