
Pursuant to the Decree of the President of the Republic No. 59-A / 2020 of 20 November, the declaration of a state of emergency was renewed for a new period of 15 days, based on the confirmation of a situation of public calamity, which started at 00:00 on November 24th and ends at 23:59 on December 8th, 2020, without prejudice to possible renewals.
Following the renewal of the State of Emergency, Decree No. 9/2020, of 21 November, was approved, which came to regulate its application throughout the national territory, which came into force at 00:00 on 24 November, establishing several additional measures to control the pandemic COVID 19, namely specific measures depending on the classification of the respective Municipality.
