Following the renewal of the State of Emergency and the approval and publication of Decree No. 3-A / 2021 of 14 January that regulated the modification and extension of the state of emergency, setting forth new rules similar to those that were in force during the “Lockdown” March 2020 that dictated the closure of several facilities and shops and the suspension of various retail trade and service provision activities in establishments open to the public, the Minister of Economy presented, on the 14th of January, a new package aid to the economy and employment.
