News News Flash - GPA reinforces competences in the area of Data Protection 15/01/2021

Ricardo Couto, lawyer of Counsel in the area of Financial Regulatory Law at GPA, obtained the CIPP / E (Certified Information Privacy Professional / Europe) certification from IAPP (International Association of Privacy Professionals), thus joining the other lawyers of GPA who have already have this certification.

IAPP is the largest privacy and data protection organization in the world and its CIPP / E certification is the biggest reference, in international terms, in the area of data protection within the European Union. The CIPP / E Certificate is sanctioned under the terms of ISO 17024: 2012 by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI), the first and only one worldwide to obtain this accreditation.
