News News Flash - Declaration of State of Emergency 03/05/2021

The state of emergency was not renewed after 30th April 2021. The Council of Ministers Resolution 45-C/2021, (amended by Council of Ministers Resolution 41-A/2021 14th April 2021) enacted a state of calamity to the entire continental national territory.

Thus, under the terms of the aforementioned Resolution of the Council of Ministers, the regime that establishes exceptional and temporary measures to respond to the present epidemic situation was approved within the scope of the declaration of the calamity situation, which, while maintaining in force several of the measures enacted during the state of emergency, still decrees new measures of deflation in line with the 4th Phase of the strategy for lifting confinement measures approved by the Resolution of the Council of Ministers no. 19/2021.
