News News Flash - CNPD - Guidelines on the processing of personal health data 18/11/2020

On 8 November, Decree No. 8/2020 was published, implementing the declaration of a state of emergency enabled by Decree of the President of the Republic No. 51-U / 2020, of 6 November.

The CNPD, in the exercise of its prerogatives and authority, defined guidelines on the meaning and implementation of some of the provisions contained in that decree and on its articulation with the General Regulation on Data Protection (“GDPR”).
