News News Flash - CMVM Guidelines Project on the exercise of regulated functions and qualified holders 30/03/2020

The CMVM placed a draft guidance on the assessment of suitability for the exercise of regulated functions and holders of qualified holdings in public consultation - see Public Consultation No. 1/2020 - which aims to implement a new model for assessing adequacy through the development, harmonization and clarification of the criteria, techniques and procedures used in the assessment.

The purposes of the adequacy assessment, the scope of application and the definitions and classifications used throughout the text are indicated in the Guidelines.
