News News Flash – Amendment - GDPR - Clear consent 19/11/2020

In view of the different terminologies used in the versions of the various languages of the GDPR, a corrective document was published, and, with regard to the Portuguese language version, the provisions of Article 4.11 of the GDPR were amended.

Pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 4.11 of the GDPR, the consent of the data subject no longer contains the expression unambiguous, as stated in the wording before this rectification, and the expression clear affirmative is included.
