News News Flash - Adaptation of Sanctions Frameworks 21/07/2020

On July 7, Law No. 25/2020 was published in the Official Gazette, which adapts the sanctions frameworks provided for in the legal regimes applicable to investment fund management companies and securitization fund management companies, changing the General Framework for Collective Investment Entities, the Legal Regime for Venture Capital, Social Entrepreneurship and Specialized Investment, the Legal Regime for Securitization of Credits and the Securities Code.
