News Informative Workshop on the exceptional and temporary scheme related to the payment of the insurance premium 21/07/2020

GPA Academy and GPA Advogados will organize a virtual informational workshop, on the 23rd of July, at 09 AM, via Zoom application, on the “ASF Regulatory Standard No 8/2020-R, of June 23 ”.

This session will be carried out by Sofia Berberan Santos, an Associate of the Financial Regulatory department of GPA Advogados, who will analyse the exceptional and temporary framework related to the payment of the insurance premium and the effects of the temporary risk reduction in insurance contracts resulting from relevant reduction or suspension of activity, in the context of the COVID-19 disease pandemic, pursuant to ASF Regulatory Standard No. 8/2020 R, of 23 June. The session will last 40 minutes, followed by questions and debate among participants.
