News GPA taught Post-Graduation in Insurance Law 06/02/2020

Francisco Rodrigues Rocha, Of Counsel GPA, taught at the II Postgraduate Course in Insurance Law, which took place at the Private Law Research Center (CIDP) of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon. He was in charge of the sessions on the topics “General contractual clauses and unfair commercial practices in insurance” and “Carrier insurance”.

The II Post-Graduate Course in Insurance Law was organized by CIDP, with the coordination of Professor Pedro Romano Martinez and Professor José Alves de Brito.
