News GPA provides informative content protection training to Agência Lusa 07/06/2019

Last May 28th, Gouveia Pereira, Costa Freitas & Associados was at Agência Lusa to provide training on copyright and informative content protection.

The training was aimed at the various operational areas of the news agency and assured by Anselmo Costa Freitas, partner of the firm, who addressed the importance of this theme for the media and professionals within the sector.

The training session was also an opportunity to address aspects of the recent European copyright directive in the digital single market, as well as to discuss the protection of personal data in confrontation with the right/duty to inform.
