News GPA present at I Advanced course in occupational accident insurance 23/09/2019

GPA has two of its members among the speakers of the 1st Advanced Course in occupational accident insurance, which will take place between the next 8 October and 21 November, at the Nova University of Lisbon Law School.

Francisco Rodrigues Rocha, Of Counsel of GPA, will be in charge of the sessions dedicated to the topics: "Risk changes. Bonuses and aggravations of the premium for Claims (bonus/malus) "and" provision of the insurer: pecuniary or in kind ". Ana Serra Calmeiro, Associate of GPA, will be speaker at the session dedicated to the topic: "Plurality of insurance, in particular with compulsory insurance of automobile civil liability and liability of the employer".

This course is promoted by the Portuguese section of the International Association of Insurance Law (AIDA), comprising a total of 28 sessions focused on the development of fundamental themes for those who start or want to deepen the study of accident and work insurance and has specialized speakers in the insurance area.
