Mathilde Sucena, Avocat au barreau Paris and associate of GPA Law Firm, was a speaker at a conference held in Paris on the 9th October 2015, on several matters (administrative, legal, real estate, financial, insurance, etc.) that a French should take into account in case he decides to settle in Portugal and benefit from the regime of Non Habitual Resident.
The conditions required and the tax benefits of the NHR regime were presented, as well as some legal and tax aspects of the acquisition and lease of real estate assets in Portugal.
