At the beginning of the year, GPA - Gouveia Pereira, Costa Freitas & Associados appointed Inês Serra as new coordinating associate in the area of Banking Litigation. The lawyer thus joins the team of seven existing coordinating associates.

Associate of GPA since January 2008, Inês Serra has been developing her professional activity in the area of banking litigation, integrating, and coordinating teams that support various institutions in the sectors of credit recovery and property regularization (or "divestment").

Sofia Gouveia Pereira Managing Partner of the firm, points out that “this appointment, in addition to the natural recognition of all the work developed during its collaboration with GPA and the consistency and solidity of a professional path, reveals the capacity of the referred coordinating associate in the regarding the management of teams and customers, also translating the logic of organic growth of the firm that has been followed. ”
