News GPA advises Zego in the acquisition of the Portuguese telematics technology company Drivit 11/12/2020

GPA - Gouveia Pereira, Costa Freitas & Associados advised the insurance company Zego in the acquisition of the Portuguese telematic technology company Drivit. Zego operates in the automotive business and was the first UK insurtech to obtain an insurance license.

The acquisition of the Portuguese company will allow Zego to collect information on the behavior of drivers in real time, through a recently launched mobile application (ZEGO Sense app), which will help to improve the commercial conditions of the auto insurances provided by the company, thus saving time and money to its customers.
