News GPA Lawyers Speakers at the 5th Advanced Postgraduate Course in Data Protection Law CIDP (2023/2024) 24/01/2024

Francisco Rodrigues Rocha, Inês Moura Vieira and João Miguel Gabriel spoke at the 5th Advanced Postgraduate Course in Data Protection Law CIDP (2023/2024).

Francisco Rodrigues Rocha, who had already participated as speaker in the session "Processing of special data", was also the moderator of the round table "The experience of data protection officer". Inês Moura Vieira was a speaker on the subject of "Recording processing activities" and João Miguel Gabriel also took part as a speaker in the session on "The duties of the Data Protection Officer".

Organised by the CIDP – Centro de Investigação de Direito Privado of the Faculdade de Direito Universidade de Lisboa, in whose executive coordination Francisco Rodrigues Rocha also took part, the postgraduate course runs until April, when João Miguel Gabriel will also give a presentation on "The proportionality test in the adoption of technical and organisational measures".
