News GPA Law Firm’s Partner lectures sessions at the 1st Advanced Insurance Compliance Course 03/10/2024

Francisco Rodrigues Rocha lectured at the 1st Advanced Insurance Compliance Course, organised by AIDA Portugal under his coordination and that of Professor Margarida Lima Rego.

The topics covered were ‘Policies and codes of conduct’ and ‘Subcontracting’.

The course will run until 13 November and, during the course, this GPA Law Firm’s Partner is also scheduled to lecture on the following topics:

- Risk management system I - General requirements, risk management policy and function; and

- Specific governance requirements for pension fund management organisations.
