News Francisco Rodrigues Rocha will participate in AIDA Portugal webinar on the new Law on the right to be forgotten 10/02/2022

Prof. Dr. Francisco Rodrigues Rocha, Of Counsel of GPA, will participate in the AIDA Portugal webinar, entitled “Right to be forgotten and non-discrimination” (new Law 75/2021), which will take place in an e-learning regime from 4:30 pm to 7:00 pm.
On the first day of this webinar, March 9, the topic of “Equality and non-discrimination based on health status; general aspects of the “law of forgetting”; the experience of other European countries – the AERAS Convention” will be addressed.

On March 10th, Francisco Rodrigues Rocha will lecture on the panel with the following topic: "The right to be forgotten; the law of forgetfulness from a clinical perspective; apprehensions and contributions from reinsurers".
