GPA Law Firm announces that Francisco Rodrigues Rocha will become Head of Practice Partner of Insurance.

Francisco Rodrigues Rocha has vast experience in insurance and pension fund law, having advised national and international insurers in the life and non-life sectors, in the areas of compliance and legal, as well as in the judicial context, in policy reviews and as a client ombudsman. He has published several studies and monographs on insurance law, participated in consultations on legislative projects and is a coordinator and trainer in executive and postgraduate courses in this area. He is an assistant professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, where he has taught Insurance Law, among other subjects, and is a member of the Board of Directors of AIDA Portugal.

Francisco Rodrigues Rocha is also Head of Practice Partner of Transport and of Maritime areas, and is also co-head of Compliance in the financial sector.
