News Environment Delegated Act and amendment to the Climate Delegated Act 22/11/2023

Following the approval and adoption by the European Commission on 13 and 27 June 2023 respectively, the following Delegation Regulations were published yesterday in the Official Journal of the European Union:

                - Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2023/2486 of 27 June 2023  ("Environment Delegated Act"); and

                - Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2023/2485 of 27 June 2023 e amending the "Climate Delegated Act", approved by Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2021/2139 of 4 June.

These Delegated Regulations will apply from 1 January 2024 and complement the Taxonomy Regulation.
