News Directive (EU) No. 2021/2118 (VII Motor Insurance Directive) | Transposition Awaited 25/11/2024

Portugal has two months, until mid-January 2025, to approve the law that will transpose the 2021 Directive into national law and respond satisfactorily to the Commission. If it doesn't, it could face non-compliance proceedings, with the inherent sanctions, before the competent bodies of the European Union.
