“Annotated Commercial Companies Code, Fourth Edition”, coordinated by Professor António Menezes Cordeiro with the participation of Francisco Rodrigues Rocha, GPA’s Of Counsel and edited by Almedina, will be on newsstands May 6th, 2021.

Co-authors Professor M. Januário da Costa Gomes and Francisco Rodrigues Rocha collaborated in the annotation to articles no.243 to no.245 on the supply contract.

As the Third edition sold out, it is now in its Fourth Edition (2021).
