On the 11th of July, GPA`s offices hosted a training session subject to the theme "RGPD and Blockchain Technology – A few areas of interaction".
This training was in charge of the associate Sofia Berberan Santos and was addressed to trainee lawyers, associates and partners of GPA of the Departments of RGPD and Financial Compliance.
Several topics related to this issue were addressed, among which are: Personal data on Blockchain; Applicable law; Processors and subcontractor; Principles of data protection and exercise of rights of data subjects.
